Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, shipments to certain regions may be affected. If you have any questions, please contact our support team. Please note that the following shipping guidelines are for reference only. The following shipping times are calculated on working days and may be delayed due to force majeure, natural disasters, severe weather, public holidays and factors beyond our control.

How do I know my order has shipped?

Shipping time and shipping method
We offer free shipping on electric bikes. They usually ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 2-7 business days, depending on where you live (islands do not ship). Accessories and parts are not included. Repair parts are shipped from the warehouse first, and other parts are sent to mainland China.
All our products are in stock in our EU warehouse. Some products are in stock in UK warehouses. We prepay duties for our items, so you don't have to pay extra after you place an order with us.

Items damaged in transit
While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure product packaging is intact, damage may occur during shipment from our warehouse to your destination. If your product is damaged in transit, please refuse the delivery and have the driver state the reason for the refusal as "damaged". If you are unable to refuse a damaged shipment, or if the shipping damage is concealed, please notify us and the courier immediately.

Shipping related damage must be reported to the courier company and to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods. Take a photo and video of the damage, describe the damage, include the photo and the courier's confirmation number. Do not throw away the original packaging.

Wrong or incomplete address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible and pay all shipping charges to redeliver the order to the corrected address.
